Thermochromic PLA

Color change occurs between 31 and 45 C. Objects are green at room temperature, and will turn a dark almost black color when refridgerated. But hold it in your hands and it will quickly go from green to brown to a beautiful bright pink. At approximately 113 F, the temperature of an average hot shower, pink transitions through orange to bright translucent yellow.

Creates an amazing rainbow effect during printing. Yellow layers nearest the heat bed transition to pink, brown, and green in the middle of the object. The top of the object then transitions to pink and yellow as the filament extrudes yellow from the nozzle. Makes incredible time-lapse videos.
