ABS

ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is a common amorphous thermoplastic polymer used in many applications. Its glass transition temperature is approximately 105 °C (221 °F). ABS is a strong material with a high shrinkage rate when used in 3d printing making it difficult to print large objects without the correct settings. To combat shrinkage, ABS can be combined with Carbon Fiber resulting in a much easier printing experience.

Additional Recommendations

It has a high tendency to warp.
Use a lot of perimeter walls and use an infill that will not create tension (ie. Honeycomb or Gyroid).
Use G10 FR4 heated bed or glue stick on PEI.
Use proper ventilation due to bad/toxic odor.
